Dr. Albert M. Higgins - Chief Creative Officer and Founder Dr. Higgins has worked with an incredible team of people to redisgn the typical Pediatric Dentist office as a full imaginative experience through a themed environment encompassed in a customized structure known as a KidZaam Klubhouse filled with childish delights designed to entertain its guests while functioning as a dental clinic. Dr. Higgins received his doctorate of dental science at Creighton University’s Boyne School of Dentistry and completed his residency at Primary Children’s Medical Center in Salt Lake City, UT. Dr. Higgins is an active member with several national organizations including the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.
Joshua N. Whipple - Chief Operations Officer Mr. Whipple has been with KidZaam for seven years fulfilling various functions. He has helped develop marketing programs, operational policies, and oversees the day to day operations of all KidZaam Corporate locations. He is primarily responsible for ensuring the implementation of all new KidZaam policies and procedures and marketing campaigns, and for monitoring and reporting on franchisee growth. He also coordinates with the external marketing team to form and plan marketing strategies. Mr. Whipple obtained an MBA from ASU in 2005 while working full-time. Mr. Whipple is also licensed as a Realtor in Arizona and holds a certificate as a Certified Commercial Sales Specialist.
